Lepeshin's Guest House is placed in a silent, lonely place of Suzdal, in hundred meters from the bank of the river Kamenka. Despite the remoteness from town centre, two-storeyed Guest House it is rather favourably located to two most beautiful and interesting monasteries –

The territoty alongside the house allows to park six cars at once. This parking is guarded by an "angry dog", as it says the fence sign.
There is a grass-plot with a swing and a brazier behind the house.
